Orders
By placing an order through zoteye.xyz, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout together with any applicable shipping charges.
You will receive confirmation after your order has been placed.
Prices
Prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated at checkout.
Any applicable shipping costs are shown before completing your purchase.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment
Available payment methods may include Stripe-supported payment methods, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Shipping
Physical works, prints, books, zines and other products can be shipped worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and circumstances outside my reasonable control.
Please make sure the shipping address provided with your order is complete and correct.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact:

Where appropriate, a replacement, repair or refund will be arranged.
Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and applicable consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible distance contract without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
If the withdrawal is valid, payments covered by the withdrawal will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by ZOTEYE, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods following a withdrawal.
Exceptions to withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made specifically to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised for that customer, where the applicable legal requirements for that exception are met.
This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or damaged.
Afterlight and other services
Bookings for Afterlight and other services are confirmed after successful booking and payment.
If you need to reschedule a session, please contact zoteyeatsunrise@gmail.com as early as possible.
Where a consumer requests that a booked service begin during a statutory withdrawal period, applicable consumer-law rules concerning withdrawal and services remain in effect.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
Purchasing a photograph, print, book, zine or other artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only.
Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in the underlying work remain with ZOTEYE unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Purchasing a work does not grant permission to reproduce, commercially publish, license, mint, tokenise, train AI systems on, include in datasets, or otherwise commercially exploit the underlying image or work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law.
For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of their country of residence.
